Travis Totten, the founder of Love to Referee officiates youth basketball from first grade through high school. He has participated in the Parochial Athletic League (PAL) and has worked as lead official/assignor for the Sunrise Park and Recreation District, where he  helped to raise the standard of officiating and rules interpretation. Travis also has held a postion as a Recreation Supervisor for a major metropolitan park district.  Travis has officiated NJB and AAU competition basketball and is currently currently employed with the state of California and believes sportsmanship, fair play and safety are the most important aspects of the game.

Love To Referee only uses instructors who are highly trained, motiviated, skilled and bring many years of experience to the court/classroom. 

Love To Referee is involved in monthly training classes for new officials who are interested in officiating recreational youth basketball.

Travis and Love To referee instructor's are eligible members in good standing with the Northern California Officials Association (NCOA) and the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).
